Mother & Baby Sound Bath
Join me for a very special Mother & Baby Sound Bath at Ryton Village Hall in Shrewsbury.
Suitable for ladies who are past their first trimester of pregnancy, and for mothers with pre-crawling babies, this gentle, relaxing sound bath may help settle and calm your baby.
Allow the sound waves to wash over you and baby during this sound bath, bringing you both into deep relaxation.
The frequencies and vibrations generated when playing the instruments will reach the body on a cellular level, triggering the healing response in the body. Sound can also help lower blood pressure, ease anxiety, and aid restful sleep.
Only the most gentle tones will be used in this sensory-rich environment, including crystal singing bowls, chimes, and Tibetan singing bowls.
I may bring in the gentle beat of a drum which I play like the sound of a heartbeat, reminding your little one of their journey before they arrived with you.
Any instruments I play will be played quietly, taking care of your baby’s sensitive hearing.
There is no pressure to sit or lie down in one place and you are welcome to move about the room with baby in any way that you need to.
The venue has underfloor heating for ultimate comfort for both mother and baby, and there are baby changing facilities on site too.
Lemurian DNA-activating Sound Bath
Reawaken your Lemurian DNA at this highly alchemical sound bath event.
We will start the session with vocal toning through the chakras which will connect you to your birthright - your Lemurian DNA. The vocal toning consists of making spcific sounds or tones in each chakra point which can awaken your ancient Lemurian DNA, enabling you to connect deeper inside and multidimensionally at the same time.
Once we have started to activate our ancient Lemurian DNA, I will then start to introduce sound, starting with Lemurian frequency tuning forks. The tuning forks may trigger a feeling of consciousness expansion and a feeling-sense of a shift or change in your energy field - just some of the feelings you may experience as your Lemurian DNA is activated.
The sound bath will also include the use of specially-selected instruments that hold the frequency and vibration of the earth, including grounding instruments to ensure that the new frequencies you are activating within yourself are fully grounded, enabling you to feel the new frequencies throughout your entire being.
